• Who We Are

Recycling For College is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed to provide an opportunity for students of diverse communities to earn college tuition through recycling.

There are millions of families who do not have the resources to send their children to college. Recycling For College has a unique plan to meet this need by making college education accessible for all.

    How Does It Work?

Our Recycling Scholarship Program provides college funding at no cost. Our Participants recycle bottles and cans and deposit their recycling earnings into a 529 College Savings Account. To reward students for their environmental and educational efforts, RFC grants each student a matching scholarship!

Our unique program is good for the environment and great for students. The Recycling Scholarship Program provides two free ways to earn money for college, through recycling savings and a well-deserved scholarship.
